On Thursday 10.22.20 Vagaro customers in the Central region experienced an inability to log into vagaro.com or VagaroPro. This was due to a 3rd party geographical issue, for which Vagaro had no control. This has been resolved. Thank you for your patience.

Investigating
We are aware of a third-party issue that is preventing some businesses in the Central Time Zone Region from logging into the Vagaro website and Vagaro Pro app (on WiFi). Businesses have reported success using the Vagaro Pro app on their regular mobile data plan, not on WiFi.

We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will update this page once it is resolved.
